Rules:

Each team must consist of 5 players

Substitutes are not allowed

Teams must finalize their players before the match

Only college students are eligible to participate

All team members must be from the same college

A player cannot represent more than one team

College ID card is mandatory

Each team will take 5 penalty kicks

Teams will shoot alternately

If the scores are level after 5 kicks, the match will proceed to sudden death

One kick per team in rotation

The first team to score when the opponent misses wins

The same players may continue taking kicks in the same order

Only one designated goalkeeper per team

Goalkeeper must remain on the goal line until the ball is kicked

Goalkeeper change during a match is not allowed

Ball must be placed on the penalty mark

Kicker must shoot after the referee’s whistle

No rebound goals allowed

The tournament will be conducted on a knockout basis

Matches will be held on a designated football ground

Teams must report 10 minutes before the scheduled match

5 minutes delay after match call will result in a walkover

Any form of misbehaviour, argument, or unsportsmanlike conduct will lead to immediate disqualification

The Referee’s decision will be final and binding

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify rules or schedule if necessary

Any unforeseen situations will be decided by the organizers
