The Yoga session was led by Ms. Theertha Sunil, B.Com student, Department of Commerce (SF).
The event aimed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among students by highlighting the importance of yoga in daily life. It was conducted as part of the International Yoga Day celebrations to encourage a healthy and balanced lifestyle through the practice of yoga.
The Department of Commerce (SF) and Department of Computer Application jointly organized a session titled ‘Tattva Prana – The Essence Within’ on June 23, 2025, in connection with International Yoga Day. The event began at 8:30 AM in the Annexe Auditorium. The Yoga session was led by Ms. Theertha Sunil, a B.Com student, who guided participants through yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises. The event highlighted the physical and psychological benefits of yoga and encouraged students to adopt it as a daily practice.
Participants gained practical knowledge of yoga postures, breathing control, and relaxation techniques. The session motivated students to integrate yoga into their routine for overall health and stress management.
