Graduation in Zoology from The Cochin College, Cochin and post graduation from Sacred Heart College, Thevara, with university third rank. Qualified KSCSTE research fellowship, CSIR –JRF (NET). Joined this college as assistant professor in 2015. Doing PhD in Host Defence Peptides at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Trivandrum. Research work focuses on the isolation and characterisation of Host Defence Peptides from the skin secretion of an endemic frog from Western Ghats, India.
