Department of Computer-Application (Self-Financing)

The department of computer Application was established in the year 2015 to meet the demand for well- qualified computer professionals. The department offers a 3 year degree program Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam. BCA has a team of efficient, experienced and dedicated faculty members who works for the academic and interpersonal skill development of the students. The overall development of students is ensured by the department through various orientation programmes, value added courses, seminar and add-on courses. The objective of these course is to mould eminent professionals with creative minds who are academically strong and competent enough to achieve their dreams. The Computer Lab has advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software which meets the requirements of teachers, students and curriculum. Alumni of BCA department has got placed in many of the top most companies such as Infosys, Wipro, TCS, UST, EY etc and some working abroad pursuing their higher studies.
