Financial Education Program

NISM organizes Kona Kona Sikshka Project for college students as part of SEBI's Financial Literacy Project. It aims to inform the outgoing students of universities s and colleges in India on financial markets and their opportunities in the current scenario. Students are asked to attend ten-hour sessions after attending a pre-test (which would be conducted to understand the existing knowledge of the students in the area). At the end of the program, post-test is being conducted on the basis of the syllabus covered in the program and the students will get NISM Certification in Financial Markets with their scores. Outcome of the program: 1. Students will be benefited by getting an overall understanding about the Securities Market in detail and its related investment avenues including career opportunities in the Financial Services Industry. They will also receive participation and pass certificates from NISM. 2. Universities/Colleges initiating the program will receive a certificate stating that they have joined hands with NISM for spreading financial literacy among youth. This program is for the Final Year B.Com Finance and Taxation and B.Com Marketing Students.Program if for two days 25th and 26th of September,2023.
